Abstract—

This paper considers our experience in applying the structural technique to evaluating the reliability of a therapeutic robotic set designed for guided radiation exposure of malignant tumors in patients. The features of the structural decomposition of the electromechanical systems of the gamma unit and treatment table are distinguished. The results of applying the Relex software set in drawing structural function charts and calculating the reliability levels of complex objects are presented.
