Explosion Dependence of the Photoconductivity of Nanostructured CdZnS Films on the Excitation Time

Abstract

The kinetics of photoconductivity excitation in pyrolytic CdZnS films is studied. It is established that the time dependences of the photocurrent in the investigated structures are of an explosion character. To explain these features, a model is proposed that considers the centers of localization for which the charge carrier capture cross section is functionally related to the optical modulation of the surface potential barrier.
