Modern Polymer Composites Based on Adhesive Preforms

Basic information on the physicomechanical and stress-strain properties of polymer composites based on a wide assortment of adhesive preforms and glass and carbon reinforcing fillers is presented. The main advantages of composites with adhesive binders over those with melted binders are discussed. Information about the technological specifics for fabricating construction elements of adhesive binder polymer composites is included. Data from promising research on the design of new polymer composites based on adhesive binders and glass and carbon reinforcing fillers are given.
