COMSOL was used for the modelling of Abrikosov vortices in three-dimensional micro- and nano-sized structures. When modelling, boundary conditions were introduced into the system using an auxiliary variable. The system was placed in the magnetic field perpendicular to one facet of the structure. The distribution of order parameter, phase, and Meissner currents inside the structure was examined for the structures considered in the paper. The Meissner effect was studied. It was shown that inside a three-dimensional structure, external magnetic field goes down to 70%, when magnetic field value is lower than the critical one.
