Abstract

Previous evaluation models could not solve the problem of potential utilization of straw resources with the characteristics of multi-evaluation indexes and multi-factors. A dynamic weighted evaluation model of potential utilization of straw resources was put forward. The total amount of straw resources, the amount of resources available for collection and utilization of straw and the amount of straw used were used as three indicators to obtain the most accurate evaluation results of straw resource utilization potential. The above evaluation results are standardized for large, middle and small indicators, and the unified dimensionless standardized indicators for different types of indicators are obtained. The dynamic weighting function is set for the standardized evaluation indicators, and the corresponding dynamic weighting function is established based on the standardized evaluation indicators, the corresponding dynamic weighting function and the evaluation model of crop straw resource utilization potential. The experimental results show that the potential of crop straw resource utilization in China in 2018 is 15,541.17 × 104 t, which can effectively evaluate the potential of straw resource utilization in all regions of China.
