The Editor in Chief has retracted this paper after post-publication review found that the paper’s claim does not contain scientific evidence to support it. For example, it is unclear under what conditions the results in Figs. 4–8 and Tables 2–3 were obtained and which datasets are used. There also appears to be no detailed description of the experiment so it makes reproduction difficult. The Editor, therefore, has lost confidence in the findings of this paper. Seifedine Nimer Kadry disagrees to the retraction. Hong Xiao and BalaAnand Muthu have not responded to any correspondence from the Editor about this retraction.
