Temperature Dependence of the Resistance of Thin Poly(Diphenylene Phthalide) Films

Abstract

The temperature dependence of the resistivity of thin poly(diphenylene phthalide) films in a highly conductive state is studied. A metallic type of conductivity in the range of low temperatures is observed, suggesting the possibility of charge transfer in the films along a narrow conduction band in the band gap.
