New or Little-Known Taxa of the Weevil Subgenus Pseudotiorhynchus, Genus Otiorhynchus (Coleoptera, Curculionidae), from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Iran

Abstract

Four new species of the subgenus Pseudotiorhynchus Magnano, 2004 are described: Otiorhynchus napolovi Savitsky, sp. n. from Kazakhstan, O. karagurensis Savitsky, sp. n. from Turkmenistan, O. artemisiae Savitsky, sp. n., and O. parartemisiae Savitsky, sp. n. from Iran. New data on the distribution and morphology of O. christophi Stierlin, 1876 are presented. A new key to all the 23 species of the ruminalis group of Pseudotiorhynchus is given.
