Assessing the Strategic Efficiency of Aviation Projects

Abstract

The strategic efficiency of a project is defined. An approach to assessing the strategic efficiency of projects is outlined. This approach, incorporated in the State Development Program, consists of three main modules, executed in eleven consecutive stages. It addresses the factors impeding the global competitiveness of enterprises. Aspects of aviation projects that are attractive to private investors are identified.
