Abstract
For emulsion PCR amplification of oligonucleotide combinatorial libraries the conditions for the stable generation of water-in-oil emulsions with drops of optimal size were found, which included the use of 3% ABIL EM 180 silicone emulsifier in the presence of 0.5% Triton Х100 in mineral oil and controlled mechanical mixing.
