  • Published:
Glass and Ceramics Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Amaterial for low-temperature co-fired ceramic technology was developed in the Li2O–ZnO–TiO2 system for use in the manufacture of electronic components. The sintering temperature of the material was lowered from 1075 to 950°C by introducing 3% of a sintering additive with a eutectic composition in the Li2O–B2O3–SiO2 system. The developed ceramic obtained at 950°C is characterized by density 4.14 g/cm3 together with the following dielectric properties: permittivity ε = 23.1 and dielectric Q factor Q f = 832 MHz.
