Procedure
- 1.
Evaluate the metal framework and the denture tooth arrangement intraorally. If possible, at this stage, avoid using screw access holes located in the denture tooth areas and excessive enlargement or displacement of the screw accesses if modification of the tooth position is required. Section a tapered abutment analog compatible with the prosthesis (ACTR-Tapered Abutment Replica; Zimmer Biomet Dental) above the lowest portion of its collar to the point where its internal screw channel is exposed
