On Stability Indicators of Nonnegative Matrices

Abstract

For a nonnegative square matrix, a method of constructing a stability indicator in the form of a polynomial in matrix coefficients is presented. Additionally, an algorithm for indicator calculation is described and the relationship of the resulting indicator with determinants of some matrices built on the basis of the original one is demonstrated.
