Abstract—This article presents the results of an experiment on the processes of scattering of ions and neutral atoms on targets from polished tungsten obtained using a neutral particle facility. The neutral particle facility is a laboratory instrument designed to study the processes of reflection and scattering of charged particles and neutral atoms on the surfaces of targets made of various materials. The facility allows one to record the energy and angular distributions of secondary particles formed as a result of the interaction of a stream of ions of different energies or neutral atoms with a target installed at different angles.
