In the Conservation news piece announcing the winners of the Tony Whitten Conservation Prize the description of the work carried out by one of the highly commended individuals was incorrect. Liew Jia Huan was highly commended for his work on the conservation of freshwater ecosystems in South-east Asia, particularly freshwater fishes (not on land snail diversity in Malaysia).
