PSEUDOSPINTRONICS

Black phosphorous for pseudospintronics

Black phosphorus is reported to be a bipolar pseudospin semiconductor, exhibiting a net pseudospin polarization with opposite polarization directions for the conduction and valence bands. These properties make it a promising candidate for application in pseudospintronics.
