A New 26-Norlanostanoid from the Fruiting Bodies of Ganoderma philippii

A new nortriterpenoid, 26-nor-11,22-dioxolanost-8-en-3β,7β,15α-triol (1), was isolated from the EtOAc extract of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma philippii. Its structure was identified by spectroscopic techniques including 1D and 2D spectral data as well as MS. Compound 1 showed α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC50 value of 482.7 μM.
