Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the correlation coefficient between the influencing factors of basketball culture cannot be accurately calculated, a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to solve the defect that the basketball culture weight is difficult to accurately determine. The integrated method is a combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and improved scatter degree (ISD). Through combing, learning, and researching the theoretical and practical achievements of college basketball culture in recent years, this paper links the current needs of basketball culture construction and attempts to study the construction of college basketball culture index system from the perspective of culture and chemistry. According to the weight order, the basketball culture features are stitched into a window feature sequence, and then the data is fuzzy clustered and trained. The correlation coefficient of the influence factor is analyzed, the correlation coefficient of the large coefficient is selected, and the state of each factor is divided by the Kano model. The probability matrix of the transition between each factor and the correlation between basketball games are given. The cultural factors are analyzed theoretically, combining the elements of basketball culture activities to achieve a reasonable distribution of weighting factors. The simulation results show that the model can effectively calculate the correlation coefficient between various factors and realize the accurate determination of the weight of the basketball cultural factors score index, which provides a reference for the sustainable development of basketball culture.
