A full-length cDNA of granulysin was inserted into the pcDNA3.1(-) vector to construct a eukaryotic expression plasmid for granulysin. The recombinant plasmids were injected intramuscularly into mice infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis to evaluate the protective effect of granulysin.
