Abstract We conducted a psychometric synthesis of the internal consistency reliability and internal structure of scores on the English versions of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) in publications between 2012 and 2022. Results supported acceptable-to-strong reliability and validity evidence of scores among a number of samples.

Abstract Results from a study (n = 1,005) using the School Counselor Self-Efficacy Scale (SCSE) and subsequent psychometric synthesis of 12 SCSE studies were presented. Aggregated total scale α was .96 (subscale αs ranged from .72 to .90). Structural models fitted to the data provided evidence of good fit for both 4- and 5-factor models.

Abstract The author tested the psychometric properties of the Lifestyle Practices and Health Consciousness Inventory (LPHCI), an interdisciplinary healthcare screening tool, with a stratified random sample (N = 4,009) of Black and Latinx adults in all 50 states. Results of EFA, CFA, higher-order CFA, and multiple-group CFA all supported a 3-dimensional LPHCI model.

Using data collected from a UK-based counseling service, we investigated its validity for use as an outcome measure, and produced a 12-item brief version that maintained fit to the Rasch model and construct representation.
