Abstract A mathematical model of nonstationary rotation modes of the rotor of a centrifugal pump is built with allowance for the displacement of the rotor mass center relative to the rotation axis that causes vibrations in cooling systems of spacecraft. The process of acceleration and ascent of the rotor with subsequently reaching the mode of quasi-stationary oscillations is considered.
