In the article by Imamura et al, “Omega-3 Therapy Is Associated With Reduced Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Patients With Continuous-Flow Left Ventricular Assist Device,” which appeared in the October 2018 issue of the journal (Circ Heart Fail.2018;11:e005082), a correction was needed.

In the Methods and Results section of the abstract, “4 mg/d of omega-3 therapy” should read “4 g/d of omega-3 therapy”.

The authors regret this error.
