We report a rare case of an 81-year-old man with a 10-cm long esophageal angiolipoma. He complained of throat and epigastric discomfort for several months and was referred from another hospital to be "suspected of esophageal ascariasis." Esophagography and esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) revealed pink 2×100 mm string-like submucosal tumor from the middle esophagus.
