Two new dihydro-β-agarofuran sesquiterpenes, named monichinines G and H (1 and 2), were isolated from the stems and leaves of Monimopetalum chinense Rehd., and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including 1D (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) and 2D (HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) NMR. The absolute configuration of 2 was determined by using quantum chemical ECD calculations. In addition, the anti-microbial activities of 1 and 2 were tested against seven plant-pathogenic fungi and three plant-pathogenic bacteria, and 2 showed moderate anti-fungal activities against Magnaporthe oryzae, Fusarium graminearum, and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
