The IEEE International Conference on Communications 2022 (ICC 2022) was held in Seoul, Korea, from 16–20 May 2022. Headquartered at Seoul COEX, the largest exhibition and convention venue in the Republic of Korea, ICC 2022 was in hybrid format with virtual (on-line) sessions as well as on-site sessions for in-person participants. ICC 2022 put together cutting-edge research results and technical contributions from academics, industry practitioners, experts and leaders in the area of communications and networking from all over the world. The technical program included physical sessions with on-site presentations and virtual (on-line) sessions for remote participants.
