Isoliquiritigenin (ILG) has been reported to attenuate adipose tissue inflammation and metabolic disorder; however, the underlying mechanisms remain to be elucidated. The aim of this study is to elucidate whether ILG shows the anti-inflammatory and antimetabolic syndrome effects through gut microbiota modification.
