There isa widespread pattern in the current college teaching and learning environment where colleges and universities emphasize introducing experience, conventional teaching approaches, measuring expertise, non-practical skills, innovation, and market-orientated skills. English is becoming ever more important as an instrument for acquiring scholarly knowledge and information with the difficulties posed by expertise and an intensely dynamic human resources environment. Furthermore, the Core Competence-based English Practical Teaching System (CCEPTS) has been proposed to improve student curriculum development and enhance students' performance in the carrier. The overall implementation method of the college of English supported an artificial intelligence teaching system. AI provides a high-level multi-collaboration expert system that helps students enhance their educational performance and content. The programming technology incorporates the latest conventional programming technology. This suggests CCEMPTS method restructuring of the university English teaching the issues of inadequate teachers and a lack of commitment to the underlying knowledge of students. Finally, our goals are to turn test-oriented English into market-oriented English and enhance the practical skills of university students.
