Abstract

We studied the possibility of using a modified cascade of mixing and settling centrifugal extractors as a device for carrying out liquid–liquid chromatography processes. Based on the results, it is concluded that the cascade can operate in the chromatography mode with relatively small changes in the piping system of the apparatus.
