Abstract

With the expansion of the application of electronic technology such as LCD, the demand for conductive adhesive strip, which is the basic component related to it, is increasing, and the requirements for the accuracy of rubber strip are also higher. For this reason, the defects of low precision and low efficiency of the existing conductive adhesive Slitter are analyzed, and a new scheme of double position automatic Slitter is proposed. This paper analyzes and compares various layout and structure forms, adopts gantry layout structure, researches and adopts automatic feeding system, image recognition and orientation automatic correction system, accompanying pressing mechanism, and realizes automatic double film feeding, orientation automatic correction, automatic station conversion and shearing function. After trial production and test, the automatic Slitter designed in this paper is stable in operation, and its shearing accuracy and production efficiency are significantly improved.
