This paper is concerned with the existence and uniqueness of positive solution for tensor equations. Under suitable assumptions, we show that the concerned tensor equations have a unique positive solution. In particular, we show that our main result includes the existing result in literature as its special case. Finally, we illustrate one example to verify the obtained results.
