Bridge-connected microwave detector based on magnetic skyrmion

Magnetic skyrmions are chiral spin magnetization structures with topological properties and have attracted great interest due to their small size and extremely low manipulation current density in the next generation spintronic devices. In this work, we introduced skyrmion into the magnetic tunnel junction and designed a dumbbell-shaped microwave detector based on skyrmion. It has a very high sensitivity, reaching more than 280000 mV/mW without any external bias field. Moreover, we expand this dumbbell-shaped detector into an array combination, which is expected to increase its sensitivity. Our studies may present guidance for the design of skyrmion based microwave detectors.
