One-dimensional nanomaterials on prognosis and sports rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract

Chronic heart failure (CHF), referred to as chronic heart failure, is the end stage of most cardiovascular diseases and the leading cause of death. One-dimensional nanomaterials have related applications in medical rehabilitation due to their high specific surface area and aspect ratio. This article mainly studies the effect of one-dimensional nanomaterials on the prognosis and sports rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. In this study, the elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, a control group and a treatment group. The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment and basic disease treatment; the treatment group was given one-dimensional nanomaterial treatment on the basis of the control group. Collect all relevant data including the relevant indicators of CPET examination, cardiac ultrasound parameters, blood biochemical indicators, 6-min walking distance and QOL score of heart failure quality of life questionnaire at the time of enrollment and 24 months of treatment with one-dimensional nanomaterials Statistical analysis of the results. To explore the effects of one-dimensional nanomaterials therapy on cardiopulmonary function, exercise tolerance, plasma NT-proBNP level and quality of life in patients with CHF. The research data shows that after 150 follow-up patients were followed up for 24 months; during the follow-up period, the overall death was 20, the mortality rate was 13.3%, and the number of deaths without using one-dimensional nanomaterials was 15; the mortality rate was 75%; The number of deaths in the dimensional nanomaterials group was 5 and the case fatality rate was 25%. There was a significant difference in the mortality of the two groups. The experimental results show that one-dimensional nanomaterials can promote the prognosis and sports rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
