The Front Cover shows a monofluorinated spiro[3.3]heptane scaffold – A promising chemotype for medicinal chemistry. The picture highlights its most interesting feature, which is axial chirality. To achieve this, the background photo has been made by putting the molecular model in front of a mirror. Additional features of the title scaffold are revealed, i.e., lower lipophilicity and a higher propensity to generate lead-like chemical space as compared to non- or difluorinated analogs. The authors thank Mr. Bohdan V. Vashchenko for his invaluable help with the artwork preparation. More information can be found in the Full Paper by O. O. Grygorenko et al.
