This paper is devoted to investigate th moment exponential stability of impulsive stochastic delayed differential systems with average-delay impulses by using average dwell time (ADT) as well as average impulsive delay (AID) condition. The main idea of the research is to overcome the influences caused by time-varying delay in continuous dynamics and handle average-delay impulses integrally. Some new criteria based on the related systems are derived, which extends many models and looses some restrictions compared with existing works. Furthermore, two examples are discussed to account for the validity of the theoretical results.
