CORRECTION to the article by Reddy PY, Giridharan NV, Balakrishna N, Validandi V, Pullakhandam R, Reddy GB., IUBMB Life. 2013 May;65(5):472–8 entitled “Increased risk of cataract development in WNIN-obese rats due to accumulation of intralenticular sorbitol”, wrong images were mistakenly included in Figure 2 on page 475. The authors regret the error that occurred due to inadvertent insertion of wrong images. Figure 2 has now been corrected as below. This correction does not affect the content and conclusions of the article in anyway. The authors sincerely apologize for this oversight.
