Toward a suggested proposed model for the use of building information modeling (BIM) in the implementation phase for landscaping

The recent period has witnessed the emergence of modern and innovative technologies in project management, which is an important point in the life of any company. The most significant of which is “Building Information Modeling” (BIM) technology, which constitutes a fundamental transformation in the area of engineering projects, equally it was noticed that countries around the world attempt to apply this system in strategic and national projects.

Building Information Modeling systems have been discussed extensively within the academic context, still; it is argued the lack of applying system in the Arab region to fulfill the overall landscaping business requirements.

Thus, this research methodology is addressed post the theoretical and analytical studies, compiled by a designed questionnaire phase pursuing specialist, also by forms were assembled and analyzed via SPSS” Statistical Package which aims to propose and develop a proposed model that allows the integration of building information systems in Landscape process in order to improve efficiency through an analysis of the priorities of problems related to the uses of building information modeling through focusing mainly on the state of Landscaping.
