In the published version of this article, the structure of 4,4′-ODA in Scheme 1 and Figure 12 was mistakenly replaced with that of 3,4′-ODA. The correct structure of 4,4′-ODA is shown in the corrected versions of Scheme 1 and Figure 12 below.
