This paper deals with the problem of determining a radially dependent coefficient $a\left(r\right)$ in the equation $\mathrm{\Delta }u-a\left(r\right)u=0,$ in the unit sphere Ω from the Dirichlet–Neumann data pair $\{u,\frac{\mathrm{\partial }u}{\mathrm{\partial }\nu }\}{|}_{\mathrm{\partial }\mathrm{\Omega }}$.
