This paper introduces a systematic study for analytic aspects of Fourier–Zernike series of convolutions of compactly supported functions on $SE\left(2\right)$. Let $a>0$, ${\mathbb{B}}_a$ be the disk of radius $a$, and ${\mathbb{D}}_a≔{\mathbb{B}}_a\times SO\left(2\right)$. Fourier–Zernike series of functions supported in domains of the form ${\mathbb{D}}_a$ are presented. We then apply our results to study analytic aspects of Fourier–Zernike series of convolution of functions supported in domains of the form ${\mathbb{D}}_a$.
