Jeffrey Ball is scholar-in-residence at Stanford University’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance, an initiative of Stanford Law School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also is a lecturer at Stanford Law School and a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. He writes widely about energy and the environment. He launched and heads the Stanford Climate of Infrastructure Project, a platform for new data and ongoing analysis that seeks to trace flows of money that finance infrastructure in emerging economies and to illuminate politically and economically realistic ways to decarbonize that development.
