ABSTRACT What are the necessary ingredients of a shifting narrative for both individual and systemic transformations? We are witnessing an increasing awareness through actions, activations, movements and communities. The world is reviving, expressing its desire to change and join forces to work together towards better futures. But realities, painted by numbers and facts, show us that from the systemic perspective there are still momentous distances to cover. In this article, two experts leverage the power of dialogue and their distinct yet complementary backgrounds to uncover the systemic pitfalls we are struggling to overcome. So that, at last, our actions leave a positive footprint on our future.
