Preparation of Phenylalanine-Based Polyesteramide Nano-Drug Delivery System and Its anti-Prostate Cancer Effect in Vitro

Abstract

In recent years, nanotechnology has been widely used in modern biomedicine. Nano-delivered drugs have great advantages that other platforms do not have in terms of human drug energy release, in vivo drug retention, physicochemical stability, and human surface physical engineering properties. Therefore, it is necessary to actively carry out research on the preparation of phenylalanine-based polyesteramide Nano-delivery system and its anti-prostate cancer treatment in vitro. The purpose of this article is to investigate the preparation of a polyesteramide nano-drug delivery system based on p-phenylalanine and its related research in vitro for prostate cancer. (PSMA +), divided them into control group, DOX @ 8p6 group, DOX group, and compared the anti-prostate cancer effect of each group. The results showed that after 24 h incubation, the cell survival rate in the control group decreased from 100% to 97.68%, and the apoptosis rate was 2.32%, while the cell survival rate in the DOX group decreased from 100% to 70.84%, and the apoptosis rate was 29.16. %; The survival rate of DOX @ 8p6 cells decreased from 100% to 38.38%, and the apoptosis rate was 61.62%. It can be seen that the polyesteramide Nano-delivery system of phenylalanine has a good effect on anti-prostate cancer.
