The Second Call for Papers of the Series on Machine Learning in Communications and Networks has continued to receive a great number of high-quality papers covering various aspects of intelligent communication systems. In addition to 23 original contributions in response to the first call for papers, we include in this issue 5 articles submitted to the second call for papers.
