Performance Analysis of SD-WDM System Using Alternate Polarization for RZ-DPSK and CSRZ-DPSK Signals

In this paper, performance of super dense wavelength division multiplexing system (SD-WDM) has been evaluated using RAMAN-EDFA-RAMAN hybrid optical amplifier (HOA). Performances have carried out for RZ-DPSK and CSRZ-DPSK alternate polarized signals with channel spacing of 6.25 GHz and 3.125 GHz. Acceptable outcomes have been observed from Al-PCSRZ-DPSK signal in terms of quality factor and BER (bit error rate) for super dense communication system.
