Current coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) guidelines recommend delaying clinical care for all affected cancer patients, including incidentally diagnosed asymptomatic infections. This retrospective study conducted in a safety-net hospital in Houston examines the care delivery of asymptomatic COVID-19 cancer patients and how their diagnosis affected their care.
