We would like to express our gratitude for the letter to the editor commenting our recently published article titled “Ultrasound imaging of the posterior cruciate ligament and its mimic, the posterior meniscofemoral ligament”.¹ Regarding the position of the posterior meniscofemoral ligament (PMFL), we acknowledge that the indicative white arrow is marked too deep in the initial draft. The actual location of the PMFL should be more superficial. Fortunately, the labelling issue has been corrected in the final proof.
