Dilution Concentration Effects on Magnetic Properties of Three Nano-Heusler Ru 2 MnX (X = Nb, Ta, V) Compounds: Monte Carlo Study

The paper discusses the dilution concentration effect on the magnetic properties of the three nano-Heusler Ru2MnX (X = Nb, Ta, V) compounds using the Blume–Capel Ising model. The studied nano-Heusler compounds are composed of a mixed atom spins. In this work, we use Monte Carlo simulations under the Metropolis algorithm. The diluted effects on the magnetic properties of the three nano-Heusler compounds have been explored. Antiferrimagnetic to superparamagnetic phase was well examined around the blocking temperature. Besides, the total magnetizations of each nano-Heusler compound behaviors as a function of the temperature and the external magnetic field by varying the dilution concentration have been investigated.
