In this paper, we consider the stability near equilibrium to the full compressible magnetohydrodynamic equations on the torus T 3 . We prove the global regular solutions converge to equilibrium with an exponential rate provided that the magnetic B is bounded, the density ρ and the temperature θ are bounded above and away from zero.
