This paper shall be concerned with the notion of von-Neumann regular acts. First, the notions of semiretraction homomorphisms and fully semiretractable (FSR) S-acts are introduced and some properties of them are investigated. Finally, using semiretraction notion, we investigate locally projective and von-Neumann regular S-acts.
