Attitude coordinated output feedback control based on event triggering for multiple spacecrafts

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the attitude cooperative output feedback control problem for multiple spacecrafts with limited communication resources is considered. First, a dynamic Event-Triggered Extended State Observer (ETESO) is developed for multiple spacecrafts to estimate the unmeasurable angular velocity, which can reduce the data-releasing rate. Second, a new distributed dynamic event-triggered communication scheme is proposed, which only adopts discrete information of neighbouring spacecrafts. Based on two independent dynamic event-triggered strategies, network load is reduced, and continuous communication between spacecrafts is avoided. The validity of the proposed controller is demonstrated by simulations.
